Michael and Cheryl are so lovely, and their selection of frames is exceptional (particularly their international designers from the UK, Japan). There was a pair of glasses I had my eye on for a few years and when I finally ordered them, Michael had the fastest turnaround time EVER and I was able to wear my new glasses on my trip to Manhattan and everybody LOVED them. Dr. William Poncho and his team are superb. My eyes have been cared for by Dr. Poncho since he first opened up his practice. He is great with kids and my children love visiting him. I originally came to this location because my eye got poked by accident. Dr. William Poncho gave my the information I needed to keep my eyes healthy and scheduled a follow up appointment. I had such a good first impression I decided to schedule a full eye exam. William was very thorough and my exam was great because of good conversation talking about sports and other cool things. This gentleman is a true professional, highly recommended.
After my prescription was written, Cheryl helped me find a pair of great frames. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to have an intuition of what a customer wants and needs. Her customer service was not rushed and you can tell she truly cares that you get the very best for your eyes.
Altogether Mac & Co has great pricing, is very professional and good hearted. It's not just an eye place it's an extraordinary experience. I’m very ecstatic that I discovered Mac & Co. This store is heaven for those people that are into fashion eyewear. I was able to get a very rare pair of sunglasses by Mastermind Japan (Limited Edition 1 of 500 ever made). These could very well be the only pair of this kind in Canada, and it shows you the type of selection these guys carry. It was an absolute treat dealing with Cheryl, she knew exactly what I was looking for and I couldn’t be happier. Cheryl and Nicole are some of the most helpful opticians I've ever met. Been wearing glasses since I was 12, and I have a light sensitivity. They can help you with everything you need. And will help you get through a new pair or just lenses. Both my son and I have gotten pairs here. Highly recommend, especially if you need something different that isn't run of the mill off the rack lenses.

Cheryl & Michael are some of the most enthusiastic and knowledgable people in Brampton's eye care and eyewear industry. The selection of designer frames from all over the world is something else. The location stocks some of the highest quality and best-looking frames I have seen anywhere. The eye examination doctor Dr. William Poncho onsite is a very knowledgeable and experienced optometrist with a suitable bedside manner. In these times, to save 50% off my lenses was a big help. I highly recommend a visit; it was worth the drive for me.

As soon as I walked in to this business I felt welcome. The optician on staff is very knowledgeable. The selection of frames is very modern.
